At Wellness Seekers Unlimited, LLC, we strive to provide clear and transparent information about our fulfillment processes, refunds, returns, and cancellations to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all of our customers. Please review the following policies carefully.
Refund Policy
All coaching packages have a “no refund policy” after signing the participation agreement. But refunds will be considered for certain circumstances that arise with clients that may warrant a refund. These are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Digital products are provided as part of coaching packages and are located inside a secure client portal within the Practice Better platform. Clients are granted login access to these products for the timeframe designated in their signed participation agreement.
We do not provide any physical products or shipping
Return Policy
We do not provide physical products, so a return policy is not applicable
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for any group coaching or one-to-one coaching is provided inside the client portal in the Practice Better platform. Clients are given a cancellation link in the email notifications provided for each booking.
Per the client’s participation agreement, participation in group or one-to-one coaching is provided as an array of services, and participation is voluntary. So we do not charge clients for cancellation of sessions.
